Jim Ross: Hello folks, and welcome, to Friday Night Demolition! We're coming to you live from Rome, Italy, and please welcome our new commentator, Cole Scorpio.
Cole Scorpio: Hello.
Jim Ross: The doctors are unsure when Thor will come back here to EHDW, but he's in pretty bad condition after Cole kicked him in the head last week.

Jim Ross glared at Cole Scoprio, who merely chuckled at the though of it.

Michael Cole: Anyways, we're following up EHDW's pay-per-view, Pay Day. Last week, Leon Young won the main event Pay Day match, therefore earning himself any title shot at any time.
Cole Scorpio: Thank you, Captain Obvious...
Jim Ross: Anyways, let's get started!

Suddenly, all the lights in the arena went out, and the crowd went silent. Everyone was confused. A power outage, possibly?

Jim Ross: What the hell is going on!?

Then, an unfamiliar song began to blare through the speakers.

As it slowly got louder and faster, green fireworks jetted outward from the stage, creating a faint glow that made a man standing between the pyros, arms outstretched, just barely visible. Once the pyros stopped, a single spotlight shined on the man. He had bright green hair and black and white tights with a sort of striped pattern, and in his hand, was a microphone. He walked down the ramp as the light followed him to the ring. Once in the ring, he raised the microphone and began to speak.

MAXIMILIAN JACOBS
Hello, Extreme High-Definition Wrestling... please welcome your newest addition, Maximilian Jacobs.

The crowd didn't know how to react to this new wrestler, so most of them remained silent except for some of the less-mature fans that giggled at his thick Australian accent.

MAXIMILIAN JACOBS
Tonight, of course, I will be debuting against Dolph Ziggler. Now, I've seen this guy in the ring multiple times before; he isn't too much of a stranger to the wrestling world. But I'm not afraid of him. I know I can power through anything he hands to me, and make him tap with my Kiwi Choke if I don't first get the 3-count after my Milianare.

Now the crowd seemed even more confused.

MAXIMILIAN JACOBS
What, you don't know what a Kiwi Choke is? Never heard of the Milianare? Oh, well that's a shame... I guess you'll just have to find out right now, when I kick Ziggler's ass.

He dropped the microphone, allowing it to roll out of the ring as he adjusted his wrist tape and jogged in place slightly, watching his opponents entrance.

The following contest is scheduled for one fall... introducing first... from Hollywood, Florida, weighing in at two hundred and twenty-three pounds... Dolph... Ziggler!

The began to boo, now, when Dolph Ziggler walked out to the stage with a smug look on his face. With one of the Tag Team Championships strapped around his waits, he smirked at his pitiful opponent and walked down the ramp. Once in the ring, he climbed the top rope and raised the belt in victory, stirring more boos, then jumped back in and stared at his opponent as the ref called for the bell.

Ding ding ding!

Once the bell had sounded, the two competitors quickly locked up in a collar-and-elbow tieup. Dolph Ziggler took the upper hand on the rookie, rolling over into a headlock. However, Maximilian Jacobs wrapped his arms around Dolph's waist, challenging for a back suplex eventually hitting it. Dolph rolled over onto his stomach from the momentum and Max shot back up from the ground, making a gesture towards the crowd, in which he recieved a positive reaction. Dolph was beginning to rise onto his knees, now, but Max rushed for a shining wizard to ground him again. Maximilian seemed confident now, and attempted to end the match quickly with an STF. However, it was quickly countered by Dolph with multiple elbow strikes, fighting to bring Max down with a fireman's carry takeover.

Jim Ross: What a display of technical ability by these two men!

Now Dolph walked over to the turnbuckle, climbing up to the second rope. During this time, Max got back up to his feet, but was still groggy. Dolph dove off the second rope with an elbow drop, but Max caught him and took him down to the mat before transitioning into an armbar. Dolph was edging himself towards the rope in an attempt to break the pain, but Max transitioned further, turning Dolph over onto his stomach for an omoplata crossface.

Michael Cole: Uh-oh, a crossface! This could be it!

Dolph kept edging himself towards the rope, determined to break the hold. Eventually, Dolph sprung up to his knee and stood up, causing Max to break the hold. Dolph wanted instant revenge, so he hit Max with a leg drop bulldog while he was getting up. Dolph went for the cover, now...

1... 2... kickout!

Jim Ross: An early cover by Dolph, but Maximilian kicks out!
Cole Scoripo: Well, of course, Jim. You can't just do a leg drop bulldog after taking all that damage and expect to get a three count.

Dolph, furious with not getting the pin, stood behind Max while he was getting up, locking in the sleeper hold. Dolph jumped up for a body guillotine to add more leverage to the hold. Max writhed in pain but used his little remaining strength to flip Dolph over him and, by instinct, locked in his finishing move, the Kiwi Choke. Dolph couldn't fight the sudden loss of breath and had to tap out.

Ding ding ding!
Here's your winner... Maximilian... Jacobs!

Cole Scorpio: Wow, that guy isn't too bad in the ring, if I do say so myself.
Jim Ross: I agree, Cole. What a debut!
Michael Cole: Yeah, yeah, enough with the ass-kissing. It's time for our next match, with another debut.
Jim Ross: That's right, Cole. Wade Barrett, who is already leading a stable, will be debuting against the Hardcore Champion.

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first... from Manchester, England, weighing in at two hundred and forty-six pounds... Wade... Barrett!

Wade Barrett walked down the ramp with a smug look on his face. The crowd booed as he dropped his coat on the ramp, then made his way to the ring. He entered the ring, then stood in the middle and raised his arm high in the air so the new Nexus armband was visible to all. He slowly lowered it, then adjusted his wrist tape as he turned to the stage and awaited his opponent's entrance.

And his opponent... from The Underworld, weighing in at two hundred and ten pounds... he is the Hardcore Champion... The Dark... Angel!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsJfKzfNWws

Fear struck all audience members in attendance when The Dark Angel walked out to the stage. A frightening figure, he sported a black, blood-stained lucha libre-type mask that covered all of his face, even his eyes, and the Hardcore Championship wrapped around his waist, to add to his intimidating character. He slowly made his way down the ramp, seeming to focus on his opponent; though it was hard to tell, since his eyes couldn't be seen. Finally, he climbed into the ring and the referee signaled for the bell.

Ding ding ding!

Wade Barrett, determined to dominate in his debut, jumped right in. He took out The Dark Angel with a huge boot to the face, but the Hardcore Champion quickly sprung back up to his feet only to meet a huge elbow smash courtesy of the Nexus leader. Dark Angel, however, resilient as he was, leaped back to his feet after each strike. Now, he was in control, clotheslining Barrett into soup. Now, however, Wade mimicked The Dark Angel, also bouncing back up after the clothesline. However, he didn't stay on his feet for long before Dark Angel hopped up, lifting both of his knees right into the skull of Wade Barrett.

Jim Ross: That's some quality wrestling, right there!
Michael Cole: That's for sure, Jim. Lots of back-and-forth battling going on in this match so far, but right now The Dark Angel has got the upper hand!

The double knee strikes took out Barrett, and The Dark Angel used this grounded state to his advantage, repeatedly stomping on the leg of the Nexus leader in order to wear it down for his finishing submission maneuver, the Figure-Four Leglock. Now he rolled over Barrett and lifted the same leg high in the air before smashing it back into the canvas, knee-first. Once again, he grabbed the leg, but Barrett finally countered and pushed away the Hardcore Champion. Dark Angel stumbled off, and Barrett got back up to take down dark Angel with a pendulum backbreaker. DA toppled to the ground, and Barrett began going up top.

Jim Ross: Well, it looks like somebody's been taking flying lessons!
Cole Scorpio: That top rope is a very dangerous position. One slip, and you could be out of it.

Wade Barrett slowly retained his balance, then leaped off, elbow pointed outward. However, The Dark Angel quickly rolled out of harm's way, and Barrett went crashing into the canvas with nobody home. Continuing to work on the legs, Dark Angel rushed to a downed Barrett and hooked his legs over eachother, locking in a cloverleaf in attempt to weaken him for his finisher. Barrett struggled in the hold, more painful than normal since his legs were already worn down from earlier maneuvers. However, after some time, he managed to grab a tight grip on the bottom rope, thus calling a rope break. The Dark Angel, however, wasn't finished, and kept the hold locked in just before the 5-count; if he would've held it any longer, he would be disqualified from the match. Now, the dark Angel grabbed Barrett's leg once again, and slammed it against the ground before pulling it back and snapping it over his head. Dark Angel seemed to never stop, possibly even attempting to break the leg(s) of Barrett as he lifted him up and hit a huge atomic drop.

Michael Cole: And there goes Dark Angel, weakening Wade Barrett's legs for his finishing submission hold!

After the move, Wade Barrett stumbled forward, but didn't fall. The Dark Angel quickly turned him around, but Barrett attempted to regain the upper hand, throwing down punches. He then varied in his strikes, headbutting Dark Angel twice before hitting a European uppercut. Then he irish whipped his opponent into the ropes, who rebounded off right into Barrett's grasp, who spun around and hit a side slam. Now Barrett began taunting his opponent, which seemed to posses him to slowly raise back to his feet. Once The Dark Angel was back up, Barrett quickly grabbed him and hoisted him over his shoulders.

Jim Ross: Wade Barrett is going for the Wasteland! This could be it!

Wade Barrett recoiled back in order to gain momentum for his finisher, but his knee quickly gave in from all the damage done. The Dark Angel slipped out of Barrett's grasp, then hit a double leg takedown before pulling him to the middle of the ring. He stepped over one leg, then hooked another and... Figure-Four Leglock! The Dark Angel's finisher! After all the pain already suffering in his legs, Wade Barrett didn't hesitate to tap out. However, even after the bell had sounded, The Dark Angel kept the hold lock in. Finally, the ref broke it up, and checked on Wade Barrett to make sure he was okay as the medics rushed out.

Ding ding ding!
